Projects
Many of my projects involve client confidentiality and sensitive data. However, to provide a general idea, I can share some insights into the process and discuss the briefing and solution presented. If you'd like to learn more about any specific project, feel free to send me a message, and we can chat further, alright?

Briefing
A financial credit union needed to reshape its Life Insurance product's in-app experience. The main objective was to provide an easy way for members to quote and hire life insurance services quickly. In this way, the organization hoped to reach a new segment of the public and increase its sales.
Main Obstacles
-
Lack of survey engagement (due to an internal policy, we could not communicate to the company's clients that we were conducting surveys for them, so many clients did not engage/trust the survey)
-
Confusing and disorganized design system for the client (it crashed and generated reworks by the design team and user tests).
Solution and Deliveries
-
Initially, we carried out a Desk Research + Cases to deepen the understanding of the life insurance market, as well as identify secondary market data today. Finally, post-pandemic trends were raised.
-
To better understand the behavior of people who purchase life insurance digitally, we conducted a quantitative survey with these users. Unfortunately we did not reach the minimum sample. We used the data as one more way to guide us, but we emphasize the lack of rigor and precision of the information, stating that they were not statements, but hypotheses.
-
Afterwards, together with our squad's design team, we made navigable prototypes with the aim of carrying out usability tests. We carried out a schedule and sampling for this, but due to budgetary issues, the client decided to internalize the project.
