Briefing
As a freelancer working with Brazilian and global research firms, I receive projects from Big Tech companies (e.g., internet search engines, communication channels, and social media platforms) seeking to understand the Brazilian market and its behaviors.
Main Obstacles

Cultural Aspects (translating cultural aspects into other languages, as well as discussing results and delivering reports);

Time Constraints (all projects have limited and strict deadlines);
Solution and Deliverables

The workflow entails English meetings with clients from various countries to discuss research objectives, discussion guide, key points of interest, and field results.

In-depth interviews are conducted with Brazilian users to understand pain points, user journeys with specific apps, or general behaviors.

Finally, a field report is delivered, providing insights that explain Brazilian cultural and intrinsic aspects. Additionally, it describes user journeys and pain points, while also addressing research questions.

Occasionally, additional meetings in English with clients are conducted to clarify any doubts and further explore the insights gained.
